Configure your foundation, manage users, and define system-wide rules.
The Settings module is the command center of Stratagem IMS. Before you begin managing inventory, you must configure your foundation here.
1. Getting Started: The Setup Wizard
Wizard Steps
- Company Info: Basic business details.
- Import Data: Bulk upload Suppliers, Raw Materials, and Historical POs.
- Grading: Define your "ABC Grading" thresholds.
2. User Management
Invite team members and assign roles (Admin or User).
3. Inventory Settings
- Safety Stock Days: The buffer period you want to maintain.
- Inventory Strategy: Choose between Dynamic (AI-driven) or Simple (Manual Min/Max).
4. Shopify Integration
Configure sync status, and choose to ignore specific items or tags from Shopify.
💡 Expert Tips
- Limit Admins: Only give Admin access to those who need billing or global logic control.
- Clean Your Data: Ensure CSV imports are clean to avoid "Garbage in, Garbage out".
