Store information from Shopify. When you install Stratagem IMS, we receive basic information about your Shopify store through the Shopify API, such as your store domain, store owner name, contact email, currency, and timezone.

Store data accessed through Shopify. To provide inventory management features, the app accesses the data you authorize during installation. This may include products, variants, inventory levels and locations, orders and fulfillment orders, and related data needed for stock tracking, purchasing, and forecasting. We access only the data required for the features you use.

Customer information. Orders and customer records in your store can contain personal information about your customers, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and shipping addresses. We process this information only on your behalf and only to provide the app's features, such as order-based stock tracking. We do not contact your customers or use their information for any other purpose.

Information you provide. When you use the app, you may give us information directly, such as the names and email addresses of the people who use the app on your account, supplier contact details you enter or import, and anything you send us when you contact support.

Usage information. We collect limited technical information about how you interact with the app, such as pages viewed, features used, and timestamps, to maintain and improve the service.

Cookies and similar technologies. Our website and dashboard use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and basic analytics. Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Stratagem IMS app and its features
• Sync and manage inventory data between your store and our service
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the app's performance and reliability
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your store's data for advertising.

We share information only as described below:

Service providers. We use third-party providers for hosting, data storage, email delivery, error monitoring, and analytics. These providers process data only on our instructions and are required to protect it.

Shopify. As a Shopify app, certain data flows through Shopify's platform in accordance with Shopify's own terms and privacy practices.

Your suppliers. If you use the app to send purchase orders or invite suppliers to the supplier portal, we share the relevant purchase order details with the suppliers you choose.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the app and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. If you uninstall the app, we delete or anonymize your store data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or security purposes. We also honor data deletion requests that Shopify sends us on behalf of merchants and their customers.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your information
• Request a copy of your information in a portable format

Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. If you are a customer of a store that uses Stratagem IMS, please send your request to that store directly. The store controls your information, and we will help it respond.

Stratagem IMS is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email, and the updated policy will take effect when posted. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
