Switching from Stocky? We’ll help you move.

Keep purchasing and replenishment moving with a clear migration plan and free onboarding on every Stratagem plan.

What changed with Stocky

Shopify shut Stocky down on August 31, 2026, and your Stocky data stays exportable, read-only, for at least 90 days after that.

Read Shopify’s migration guidance

Your migration plan

  1. Save your Stocky records

Export the records you need while Stocky is available in read-only mode. Keep historical purchase orders and stocktakes as an archive. Shopify says supplier records cannot be exported from Stocky.

  2. Connect your Shopify catalog

Sync products from Shopify, then prepare product costs and supplier assignments using Stratagem’s import templates. Stocky exports need to be mapped to those templates before import.

  3. Rebuild your supplier records

Collect supplier contacts, lead times and minimum order quantities. Use the supplier and MOQ imports to set up your purchasing rules.

  4. Bring across open orders

Prepare open purchase orders for file import. Imported orders start as drafts; historical statuses and receiving history are not restored. Check quantities and costs before sending orders.

Check your files before switching

Onboarding can help you map your files and review the supported import fields. Keep an untouched copy of your exports and validate a small batch before moving the rest.
